EiE functions as a loose coalition which executes its programmes through its partner organizations across the country.

It was registered as an NGO limited by guarantee on July 5, 2012.

We are funded from grants and donations.

EiE's structure is as follows:

(1) Board: a 9-member board with representatives from 2 coalition member organizations and 6 people serving in their individual capacities. 

(2) Coalition Members: individuals and organisations who choose to support the work of EiE financially and in-kind. 

(3) Partners: organisations we work with to execute programs.
